I eat on schedule, macro program, so I needed a scale that would allow me to accurately measure portion sizes. I also have a SMALL kitchen. We laughingly call it a "one butt kitchen," so I don't have storage space. This scale has a low profile so it fits in a shallow drawer when I'm not using it. It is very easy to use and subtract the weight of my containers with the "tare" function. I love it when things just do what they need to do with as little fuss as possible. I didn't read the user manual and was able to use it straight away with no problems. It also looks pretty snazzy with my stainless steel appliances and isn't expensive at all!
