The new EGR value is bad, and the return policy is even worse
I removed the defective EGR valve and replaced it with this new EGR valve. The characteristics of the car were the same. Thinking that the new EGR valve shouldn't be the problem, I took the car to a professional mechanic and they diagnosed the problem with the new EGR valve. Unfortunately the 30 day EGR return policy has expired. So if you buy this part, make sure it works within 30 days. The support team was unhelpful and answered questions with minimal responses. This is one of those stories about caution when shopping online.
