Suitable for the do-it-yourselfer
This tool works as advertised. Level and base should engage more firmly. Once installed, I had to be careful when pulling it off the brake disc so as not to change the setting. I don't think it would be possible to do any work on the car with this tool without changing the settings. That being said I would recommend this tool to a DIY enthusiast. This is easier and more accurate than using markers to help with assembly.
