Review on πŸ– Tough to Tender: 48 Stainless Steel Blade Meat Tenderizer Tool for BBQ, Steak, Chicken, Pork Chop & More - No Need for Kitchen Hammer and Mallet, Durable & Easy to Use! by Nathan Byard

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Better no bloody pulp in meat and poultry tools

Watch out, it won't be Filet Mignon. But it breaks down the fiber in the meat to the point that it's worth using, and it adds flavor to the meat. A good rinsing spray and a kitchen brush make cleaning easier. I'm well over 60 and don't cook here. I wonder why I didn't try this sooner. And unlike a meat tenderizer, it doesn't splatter bloody juice all over the kitchen.
