I like how it works for patient billing. Our insurance provider requires us to use this program to bill our patients. It's very user friendly. It's easy to navigate and find what you are looking for in one place. Sometimes it takes up to 30 minutes to load after i have accessed it from another computer. It can be frustrating when you want to access it immediately. This program makes finding your patient information easier because it has all of their info at one location. It also helps me with the billing process because I have all my records on one page so it's less likely I will miss something or forget. Also, I am able to input claims into our EMR software easier than ever before!
