Review on OSTER 6640-NP1 10-Speed White Blender with 48 Ounce Plastic Jar by Joe Griggs

I only clicked one star because I can't set a zero with it. I bought this blender for my sister for Christmas because I have the exact same one and she likes it better than the one she has. She didn't open it right away when she was about to change, so she just kept it. Big mistake. She opened it last week and lo and behold it won't even start. AND ALSO - it doesn't look like the picture in the description (as I said, I own this model and have been using it for years). Looks and feels a lot "cheaper". I guess I'll try going direct through Auster to get a replacement as our returns window is closed on January 31st. I will say that the blender in the picture is a good blender so maybe the problem is with the company that went through this purchase. So be careful if your seller is Boulder Co. Drill Spot LLC.
