holder arrived and looks good. Only holds 4 remote controls. in the best case. And actually only holds three of my remotes as one of them is thick and bulky. The color in the photo is deceptive. In the photo it looks rather light gray on the inside and black on the outside. In real life, the exterior looks "dark gray" instead of black. Also, it's very slippery. It has no lining or anything on the bottom. Therefore, it can easily be knocked off tables or simply slide down. I have cats so I knew this was going to be a problem so I had a non slip pad and taped it down with double sided tape. Let's see how long this thing lasts. :)
