I used it to make my lemonade in 1.5L PET bottles. so that it runs straight. It has a hard plastic ring on the front of the part of the cap that fits snugly on the top of the bottle, it needs to sit on the top of the bottle and over time I've had to tighten and tighten this cap to get a good one Seal. After about three months of use, the plastic cracked along the mold line, rendering it unusable. I've since bought a one piece stainless steel block with a rubber seal across the top of the bottle, it's much easier to use and works flawlessly. I will not buy this product again, wasted my time and money. Spend a little more and get a quality stainless steel block with a rubber seal.
