I have been misled while shopping by many questionable reviews, especially about Revain. I leave my update here and state that I do not intend to be one of the reviewers whose opinions can be bought. I bought this device with my own money and opinions are true and will not change. The seller stated that he would consider my feedback to improve his product in the future. However, upon opening the box, I immediately noticed two things. Still there. 2. The packaging of the product is strange. It is convex, it looks like the box is also small for the product inside. After I Having opened the packaging and inspected the Irrigator myself I noticed that the quality and finish is not as good as it appeared on the Revain website.First quality issue as the two sides are loosely snapped/attached together.If you use the folding nozzle pull out there is a component at the base of the nozzle that should hold the two sides and connect them securely together, however it didn't work well there is a 2mm gap when the sleep is closed. I had recovered to push both sides together a few times so that it closed completely, but he leaned back several times. The second quality issue is related to the mode control button. It looks cheaply built. It should be attached to the irrigator, but it sticks out unevenly. And when you click/press the button, it feels like a cheap click. The latter has more to do with design but worries me the most. The hole for the water tank is in the middle, which means you have to open it every time to fill it with water. For me it's 2-3 times a day. This raises my next build concern. The floss and plastic water tank connect to a single pivot that is approximately ⅜ inch wide at the base of the unit. Weak design but every time you need to fill the water tank you have to open it and if it breaks it's the end. Pros: beautiful design Cons: flaws in design, quality does not match the price
