I like how easy it was to create my own categories of documents (i.e., new drug applications) within this system.

It also allowed me to quickly search through all of our files in one place - something we haven't been able to do previously with other systems! The interface could use some work; however, once you figure out what works best for your workflow/needs, there's no reason not to stick with it. We have used this software since early 2016 and are very happy users. Our team has found several ways to improve their efficiency by using this tool as well as having access to multiple people who can help us find answers when needed.
