My Comfort Strips battery died after 14 months and I was having a hard time resolving technical issues on the Sensative website to contact someone for support contact me but when I finally got to Sensative they were willing to replace the defective unit. While I think the short battery life of the original device earned the 1 star I originally gave, the company's help in fixing the issue was worth the 5 stars, which puts me in the middle for now. Time will tell if the replacement battery lasts closer to the advertised 10 years.
