Pros: Inexpensive, good value compared to OEM. Cons: noisy, power is too much as other reviewers have commented. Not like in the photo. The part doesn't even have a part number printed on it. The color of the rod is not chrome. Made cheap. Difficult to install and pull out the clip. On the one hand, pressing in without pulling out the clip was not possible. The clip is very stiff and thin compared to ODM. I would return, but I don't want to deal with the move and the return. During work, but too loud. I wish they would have taken a little more and made it a little better. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this brand. You get what you paid for.
