Review on VViViD Clear Shatterproof Safety Window by Bill Pulakanam

We bought two brands of window protection film. We first applied shatterproof 12 mil VViViD clear vinyl window film. There were no instructions or tools included. We watched videos on YouTube for some general instructions. The next day we applied BDF S8MC Security and Safety Clear 8 Mil window film. Although advertised as 8 mil thick, it was actually much thicker than VViViD's 12 mil! BDF S8MC Security and Safety Clear 8 mil window film came with good instructions and helpful installation tools. We followed the instructions carefully and the app performed very well. 48 hours after installation, BDF S8MC Security and Safety Clear 8 Mil Window Film is smooth and bubble-free. The 12 mil thick VViViD Clear Vinyl Unbreakable Safety Window Film has several areas of bubbles where the film does not fully push the bubbles out.
