The ability to create custom models from scratch using R or Python in an easy way without any coding knowledge, it's very fast! It should support more languages like Java/Python as well (it supports only C#).

I used this tool for building my model of choice which was built with python then uploaded into nuGeneto perform prediction tasks against one data set for different customer use cases - all were successful. The platform was easy to understand, very well explained in detail about what you need for your business needs like machine learning/AI training etc., I also liked how they helped me get my problem solved with ease by providing great support team which i highly recommend as we all know people come first but having good customer service will help us solve our problems fast without any hasle.
