What I didn't like is when you have a product that was meant to be made for professional use and it doesn't work as expected to find a result it should be returned yourself if you have a disclaimer that the product cannot be returned if it has been opened or used, that disclaimer is unlawful and contrary to the state policy of salable condition warranty included with every sale of goods under the UCC because first : How would you like to know if the product is working and affecting the hair if it hasn't been opened and used? Secondly, compared to similar products but with another brand that worked perfectly on the same hair and your product didn't work it means your product is defective and doesn't work as the average consumer would expect and here it is was that used way. it was listed in your best application process. Therefore you are responsible for any defect in your product and I have every right to return this defective product which I will never offer to any other person or consumer, neither use the product itself nor use the brand name with any other product for any kind . because it violates the consumer product warranty.
