We recently installed hardwood floors in our home and wanted a rug to protect the floor at the entrance. Bought a larger size for the front door and a smaller size for the garage door. They look and feel good and do a good job of catching debris when people walk inside. The rubber edges of the rug may seem a little too commercial to some, but I quickly got used to the look and don't like it. I don't see that as a problem at all. Fits well in our house. People comment that they are a good addition to our new flooring. I am happy with this purchase and hope these rugs will extend the life of our hardwoods.
