My pH in the hot tub was difficult to balance. I had achieved success prior to a 6 day vacation. When I got back I tested the tub with these strips and noted that the pH was reading low. I added pH increaser and waited a day to test. I bought a Taylor pool yet kit and compared strip readings to the kit. Tne readings were totally opposite . I backed this up by going to the pool store for a test.I have noted that the strips show high pH readings in a yellow to green color, and low PH in an orange color. This is opposite of any strip I have used in my years of testing. Perhaps it is a different testing method. I would not use these strips again.
