Review on Silence Your Space: Stripping Windows Self Adhesive Soundproof Insulation by Ananta Crowley

I used these after reading some reviews online about how to reduce room noise. My study is next to the common room, so I can overhear every conversation. By adding a giant carpet, sealing tape and acoustic foam panels, I was able to reduce the noise level from 70 decibels to 35 decibels (average room noise). It was very easy to fit, having previously measured it on the door and cut it to the length I wanted. The only problem I had was that it dislodged part of the door lock from its socket. This was an easy fix and I just unscrewed the socket and moved it a few millimeters towards the door and the problem was solved! Now I can really study in the study room and take practice exams!
