I like how easy it was set up in our hospital system; however, you need someone who knows what they are doing for setup purposes (or at least have access to an expert). The benefit we got right away from using this software has been its ability to track supplies very easily throughout all locations within one central database, which makes purchasing easier than ever before! We also love having everything available via mobile devices allowing us to get work done anywhere without needing physical presence in each location. There isn't anything about tagnos itself that bothers me negatively but rather my lack of knowledge when setting things up initially. Make sure your IT department can help or find a consultant/expert if needed. Our organization realized there were redundancies across different departments such as radiology vs pharmacy so now everyone's data flows through tagnos instead of several spreadsheets being used individually.
