I had triggered the code above and I did some troubleshooting by removing the air hose from the cold start valve to see if there was a burst of air. I haven't, I replaced the air pump fuse just to be sure, but this error kept coming up even after cleaning it several times. Well I knew it had to be done. Let's jack up the car, remove the wheel from the driver's side, pull the plastic part of the wheel arch from the driver's side and get going. Worked great, hope for another 15 years. Also, I just replaced the b/c outliers.
