The "hot line" that customers can call to appeal a decision made by the manufacturer does not produce any results. Formal procedures are what it comes down to in the end: go the route of a complaint, and this will be two months without tires and counting without a car. Think carefully three hundred times before purchasing tires from this manufacturer. This flaw is only discovered on the machine after the wheel has been collected and balanced; it is not found in any of the places where the product is sold. This kind of rubber is bad for the car and will shatter the hub. In anticipation of the manufacturer's remarks, the vehicle is in excellent mechanical condition prior to the installation of the tires; the chassis, suspension, and wheel alignment have all been maintained, and the tire alignment has been performed.
