Am I supposed to wait to rate it until I make the effort to DRY it? Cuz out of the box it's WET!

I could wait until I have spent a couple hours trying to dry it out in the oven, but in my opinion it shouldn't be necessary to do that BEFORE USING IT! I expect to be able to take a brand new spool out of its package and USE IT IMMEDIATELY! If it's gonna take extra handling, that should be divulged in the ad, and marked down accordingly!
