Not as good as Morokniv

I bought this extra fillet knife to keep in the camper. I knew it wouldn't be what I was used to and I tried. I'm used to the Moroknov fillet and I won't lie, I don't like this fillet knife at all. If I needed 10 som fillets it wouldn't work. It has an odd non-stick blade and is definitely not as sharp as I was hoping. I wouldn't shave my hair until I've sharpened a dozen strokes with the sharpener that came with it. It doesn't hold the edge that well. I'd say the grip comfort is excellent, if it had a higher quality blade I'd definitely give it a better view but I'm spoiled with high end knives and I've filleted ONE fish for comparison. And he will get the job done, just not as easily as Morokniv. This brand is within $10 of the price of this item. Just order a moro and save a lot of time sharpening.
