AfterShock tastes fantastic! I swear it tastes just like the old, retired P90X Results and Recovery Formula, but AfterShock is better, and here's why. In dollars, the consumer pays almost twice as much for a gram of P90X R&R! $0.04 per gram versus $0.025 per gram. Also, AfterShock contains chondroitin and glucosamine, which I didn't even know until I checked the label today. I think I had it for about a week. What I have noticed is that the arthritis in my hands and fingers has been bothering me so much lately! And I feel better after training. My Experience: Since April 2011 I've been doing P90X, X+, X2, X3, Tapout XT, Insanity, Insanity Max 30 and Body Beast. various recovery drinks including EAS, Muscle Milk, various GNC ProAMP or whatever they are called, Chocolate Milk, Body Fortress, Muscle Pharm Combat and most recently Vega Protein and Greens. I really liked Vega but it's high in protein and I'm lacking in carbs and creatine. I would love to try these old lab brands. Someday I will.
