Significant water leakage under pressure
When installed with O-rings and tightened, a significant amount of water will leak from the fitting under the coupling which is designed to rotate. All other aspects of the design are very good but this large gap in the connection that holds pressurized water made the product horrible as it sprayed water 360 degrees including the ceiling when you took or replaced the shower wand making the faucet giggle .
