Well done but gets stuck on 06-07 ft short stem

Inner hole needs to be machined to about 1/64 to avoid getting stuck on short stem Gasket is a pain because the tool got stuck on a short shaft and had to be knocked out. After partially removing the gasket, I had to sand down the inside until it was no longer sticky.
