Overall I'm happy with this little DVD burner. When I connected it to the netbook, my computer recognized it immediately. However, sometimes it wouldn't recognize the recording device, and that could only be a bug on the netbook's part. Also, I have to close the tray very tightly for it to snap into place, otherwise I would give it 5 stars. Once it starts it's very, very fast. I ripped over 100 CDs in 2 days and stored them on my computer. It does the job! For what I needed it was perfect, especially for the price. I highly recommend it.
