I bought these for squats not so much for support although I can feel it when I use them than to keep my knee warm and connective tissue. I've been using it twice a week for over three years now (as of October 2021) and am very happy with it. I had no problems with the seams coming loose or tearing. They are durable and clearly well made after more than 3 years of use. I saw no point in spending more on the popular deer bands. Before I started using them, I had mild, intermittent knee pain when squatting (lower back squats, so minimal knee effort to begin with). I have attributed this pain to being 50 years old and regularly doing heavy squats. However, since using the sleeves, I no longer have bouts of pain. My knees warm up quickly and move smoothly. Especially with intense sets of three and doubles, it's really nice to know that I don't have to worry about my knees when squatting. This is a good product and I'm glad I bought it. I wash them with dark linen every now and then and they hold up well to the seams. UPDATE: I have updated the above review as of October 2021. I haven't had a single problem with them for over 3 years.
