This is terrible. It's a good idea, but there are definitely more issues with this product than I anticipated. The suction doesn't work so I have to try to keep it still and rotate and push the food down. I also thought it would be good for a scalloped potato, but it's too thin and frankly oddly shaped and chunky (obviously I used a larger blade). Eventually I found food getting stuck on the sides so I have to stop a lot to clean. I wish I hadn't bought this
