Review on BayRetail by Alex Gilbert

I like that we can create, edit and manage our own rules from within the platform. We've been able to eliminate many manual processes through using this software. They have also made it easy to set up custom reports if needed. There are some areas where things could be improved but nothing major at this time. For example, there was no way to find out how long until an order is due next or when orders were shipped in the last week so you don't know which products need replenishing first. This has allowed us to streamline several aspects of our process including being able to see what stock needs restocking quicker than before.
