I work full time and don't want to spend all my time prepping (cutting and dicing) during the canning season. I bought this product to quickly dice peeled tomatoes (from my garden) for canning. Now I've used it twice. The video is the second time I've used it on my tomatoes in less than a week. Cuts tomatoes very well. Haven't used it for tougher veggies yet. When I do I will post a follow up on how it works. I recommend wearing an apron that covers your top as those tomatoes will squirt their juices on you.
