wireless charger above not working

as in my title wireless charger above not working properly. It loads and stops loading. it goes on and off and is very annoying. I chose to plug my Belkin wireless charger (tablet) into the outlets on this unit and that did NOT work either. When I said no I have to call this company. I tried contacting customer service at 909-816-0181 and was redirected to a blank voicemail system. so unprofessional! I am not satisfied. I paid $50 for something that didn't work properly.
