Will not fit 2012 F-150 as advertised!
The torque wrench was not supplied as shown. I had to call Revane and Reno Rack. Said it was a torque wrench, but what came out of the Rhino Rack was a hex wrench, not a torque wrench as pictured. Also called Rino Rack to say the instructions for my truck were wrong and if I followed them the rack wouldn't fit! The person I spoke to said I have a problem with the installation and I will escalate it to someone else who will reply to me shortly. I have never received a recall from Rhino Rack. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shelving system. Customer service is the worst.
