Review on EZLease by Robert Oner

I like the fact that it is a lot less expensive then a consultant to do the paperwork and accounting. I like that they have the software to do the accounting. The reporting is easy. I wish the site could be better for those new to software. It took a while to get use to the site. It was quite easy to learn. I have recommended to other companies that would like to start having their leases done. It would be best if we could do multiple things. I can't find anything that I dislike, maybe the prices. It is hard to get more than one thing done at a time at a lower cost than a consultant. We have been able to do our annual audit, prepare financial statements, and a few other things with a lot less cost than consultants. I like that it allows me access quickly from anywhere in my office or home with no need of an internet connection - which makes life easier when you are working remotely! The ability to track lease expiration dates easily as well! There could be more features added but this one has been great so far (and easy enough). It's made our lives much better by allowing us to manage all aspects related to leasing without having any special IT knowledge required at time of implementation.
