I had problems with pizza dough sticking to the metal scoop. Covered with a very, very thin layer of flour, the pizza slides easily off the skin of the Zulai bamboo and into the oven. However, the bevel is not thin enough to get under the pizza, which needs to be turned over shortly after being placed in the oven. To do this, you still need a metal bowl to get under the crust with one quick movement. But for creating a cake and starting a cake, this bowl is awesome!
