Seems reliable. Logs are good when someone tells you things aren't working the way you want them to. We mainly use them for remote access - we turn off the workstation when we leave the office and turn it on from home when needed. Also with Covid or someone working from home it's nice to be able to remotely force restart your workstation if something goes wrong. The interface is a little strange, but you should figure it out in a few minutes. Be careful when changing passwords - create another user with a simple password BEFORE changing the admin password. There seems to be a few characters that can be entered for passwords that are NOT ALLOWED, but the UI doesn't tell you, it just accepts them, but they aren't included in the password. It's easy enough to set the default device and start over if you don't have a backdoor user. Lots of features like watchdog and scheduling that we don't use. We have several and I would recommend them to everyone for each device [max. 10 amps] - not just for computers.
