I have a 1 year old puppy who gets excited when a friend shows up, sometimes jumps up and even bites, if you try to stop him he becomes defensive and catches started barking at us until it calmed down after a few minutes, the woman was very scared to use the e-collar when I suggested this, but after a very bad incident, she told me ok, take the collar and let's see if it helps. Out of the box, we don't even use the kick function, only a beep stops it in its path. Only once did we use the vibrate function and it immediately sat on my wife's feet like a good boy. This is ridiculous, now we don't even stop using the collar, just a gesture with your hand as if you're holding a remote control and it immediately stops the shenanigans.
