I've never written a review before but today I do; My complaint is not so much about the product as it is about the service. If I had to review this article I could only comment on the cart itself as I received my drum cart and found the crate had a hole in the side and none of the casters were in the crate. The box was flimsy and not designed to hold nearly 50 pounds. This item weighs. Now for the process of "simple" return. . . Even though the item was delivered by FedEx, the return has to be done via UPS, which is hardly convenient and quite pointless. I could call FedEx and see if they punched a hole in the box but they still denied it; I know this because I've had bad experiences with FedEx in the past. The only positive is that I was able to create a return label without leaving my printer. The trolley itself appears to be well constructed with good welds, but I can't comment on anything else as I haven't seen the wheels or how well they fit on the trolley. contacted me, asked for details and everything was done to my complete satisfaction. They shipped the replacement same day without waiting for the item to be returned and I received the replacement two days later via UPS - couldn't be better! As for the topic. . . Despite the fact that the box was flimsy, all the parts were in place. There were no instructions for installing the casters, but it was very easy to figure out - all you need are a few tools to attach the cotter pins. The car was well built with strong welds and a good paint finish. The casters were big, strong and easily supported the 500 pounds I put on them. The wheels roll well and the brakes are stable. I am very satisfied with this product.
