Review on 🚀 Enhance Performance with the 2003-2005 FORD Thunderbird K&N Cold Air Intake Kit by Terrance Duncan

I ordered this air intake for a 2005 Thunderbird for its 50th anniversary, mainly because the OEM airbox is positioned in such a way that it is virtually impossible to replace the air filter impossible, or at least very difficult. The K&N intake fixes this problem and also improves performance noticeably (I don't know fuel consumption yet). This intake, along with my Flow Master exhaust, really gets the Thunderbird moving. Installation will likely take longer than the estimated 90 minutes if you haven't already installed a few earlier. I spent about 2.5 hours on mine but I took the opportunity to do some cleaning after the old air intake was removed and I also had to change the wiring a bit but once you get the relative perspective of the images in the instructions, you should have no problem installing it. I gave K&N 5 stars because of the high quality of their products and the availability of replacement air filters should they be needed. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for performance, serviceability and just a cool addition to your engine.
