🚀 Enhance Performance with the 2003-2005 FORD Thunderbird K&N Cold Air Intake Kit Review

Instructions did not meet expectations, everything arrived but actual air hose is damaged. I can't select items to replace. The vacuum tube connector is not well made and has a huge hole in it. Need a new hose. Please contact me to replace the tube and I will rate 5 stars.

Installed on my 2006 Lincoln LS V8 3.9L. All dyno lovers will be delighted when they put this on their cars. The engine sound alone is phenomenal. At the store, people are always asking me what's under my hood and exclaiming that the car sounds disgusting. I try to stay humble, but my manhood has never felt better. Not only did I go from 17.5mpg to 18.5mpg, I'm doing even more and still making those numbers! An absolute upgrade for your Lincoln LS V8, Ford Thunderbird V8 or Jaguar X-Type V8.

. Use a different (but existing) hole in the housing. Also drill a new hole in the air box for the modified bracket. No other mods required. Bought to replace a broken factory airbox and rubber inlet hose. Significant savings compared to the cost of new factory parts. Note that the suction noise is significantly louder than with a heavily deformed factory hose. Has been running for 6 months now with no problems. an increase in maximum power and a very slight improvement in mileage.

Purchased an intake for my 2004 Thunderbird. The product arrived on time and in good condition. Everything needed for assembly was included except for a few missing screws. However, the vacuum hoses that came with it were difficult or impossible to fit and I had to buy adapter fittings to make it work, which is why I get 3 stars. Despite the Revain installation instructions and K&N product description, this part also fits the Lincoln LS without modification (because the LS and T-Bird are identical under the hood). The sound is fantastic and I felt the increase in performance on the first test drive. The kit looks amazing under the hood like it should have been there all along. Replaced the stock air kit as it was cracked beyond repair. Apparently it lost performance for some time until it dropped so badly that I wasn't pinging well. I didn't realize how much power I was losing until I installed this kit. My tuner installed it on his machine and said it was enough changes to set it up, but everything would still work fine. I ordered this air intake for a 2005 Thunderbird for its 50th anniversary, mainly because the OEM airbox is positioned in such a way that it is virtually impossible to replace the air filter impossible, or at least very difficult. The K&N intake fixes this problem and also improves performance noticeably (I don't know fuel consumption yet). This intake, along with my Flow Master exhaust, really gets the Thunderbird moving.
