As it has integrated with all the systems, you can have access from any corner of the world. You can use any mobile device easily. The interface is too simple. You cannot customize anything for your own needs. In my case, I just want to manage the attendance of the employees, doctor appointment, and also have some reports prepared for the hospital manager. But this software does not have such features. I am having so many issues while using this software. All the data are stored in the hard drive which is very heavy to carry. As I am in India, sometimes I face problem while connecting to internet especially in WiFi area. Also, sometimes there is delay in uploading or downloading data. There should be a web version of the software. This will help those people who are not able to download and install their desired software from their computer. It is really helpful in managing the employee attendance.
