I have an old laptop that has never been used and I figured I should upgrade the RAM in case one of my kids needs a backup computer . Installation took less than 5 minutes! I spent more time loosening the 9 screws on the bottom of the laptop than swapping out the RAM cards. super easy! The laptop booted up and there were no problems. The laptop originally had Windows 8 (bluff!) but I installed Linux Mint on it. I didn't even have to fiddle with special drivers for the touchmonitor.
