This tool is extremely helpful in not only ensuring our facility is prepared, but also in being able to respond quickly to incidents. There can be some delay when using this platform as it does take time for notifications to reach us. However, once we do receive notification, it is incredibly easy to navigate through the system. We have found this to be very useful for several reasons. For one, we are able to ensure our facility is prepared for any type of emergency. Secondly, we are able to respond more efficiently to emergencies. Lastly, we are able to continue to manage any ongoing issues with ease. The best part is how easy it was to learn, the support team is amazing! They were super helpful and kept me updated on everything we needed to do to keep us up and running. I wish they had more options for storage space. We have been able to track all our assets, be it vehicles or equipment. It has helped with our insurance claim process as well. I would highly recommend this product. Tracking all our assets and making sure we are insured.
