Great solution that works well across various platforms

The ease in which you can access information is great! It's also easy for our team members who work remotely as it allows them quick updates while at home, even if they're not physically present with their teammates or supervisor during incidents/emergencies. Nothing really - no complaints about this product so far; however we have had issues accessing some files via Google Drive but those were resolved quickly by contacting support directly (which was nice!). Very good solution of Trouble ticket management

The best thing is, they have a great support team who can help you even after purchase. Their customer service also has some nice features for the user like their dashboard which helps in tracking your tickets and other things related to it. It's not so easy if you don't know how to use this product as there isn't much documentation available online. Great way make your organization better

This tool is extremely helpful in not only ensuring our facility is prepared, but also in being able to respond quickly to incidents. There can be some delay when using this platform as it does take time for notifications to reach us. However, once we do receive notification, it is incredibly easy to navigate through the system.
