A cup. It doesn't get any better than this
Moog, probably the best on the Market. Great quality and cheaper than the local parts store. Freeze it the day before installing and it will slide a little easier. When removing the old one, the HF bolt press broke. A big hammer will do the job better, just support your forearm with a jack or stand. I did this job on a '99 Tahoe.
