Nothing stops someone from cutting it off your car with paper scissors. I just received it today and have been experimenting with putting it on. There were no instructions, but I found out after looking at the photo on Revain (no return information, no return label, no return address, etc.). The elastic on this one is very cheap and will likely stretch completely in the wind. I also predict that it will also detach from the plastic since the elastic is thin and narrow. Wouldn't recommend, haven't even tried it in the snow!
