I rounded off a bolt on an outboard motor I was working on. in a secluded place where I could build nothing but a nest. This tool allowed me to go into a recess, place it on a rounded bolt (just like an Allen head), and it dug right in, allowing me to pull it out. The harder I pushed him with a broken rod, the harder he smashed into the head of the bolt. In fact, this tool was a life saver and worked great.
