I don't rely on computer speakers, but sometimes I need them. I had to buy a new work computer and needed speakers. I didn't want to spend more than $20 and just figured I had to settle for something cheap and deal with it. NOT WITH THIS! I was pleasantly surprised with this out of the box! It's light, which is great. The size is great too - it tucks right behind my monitor and only has 1 cable which is a male USB. Plug and play! Easy again - right out of the box. Another feature I like is that it's very streamlined as it doesn't have any buttons or knobs. Everything is controlled via the volume keys on my keyboard OR on screen volume control of what's being played. There's no fuss when looking for volume. ALSO - a nice touch is that they add two small non-slip strips on the bottom so it stays on when you put it down. The sound is great out of the box! I was very pleased. Not tinny, not static, not rattling, etc. I'd say for the money and size - definitely worth buying!
