Direct fit 2001 Subaru Forester
Wix filters are my favorite brand, they are always of the highest quality. I just changed the fuel filter on our 2001 Subaru Forester S with 212,000 miles. This is a direct filter that looks the same as the OEM. Keep in mind that around 2004 Subaru moved the fuel filter into the gas tank and attached it to the fuel pump. They did it across the board, plus or minus a year depending on the model. So before ordering please look at the spot indicated in my picture. If you see a filter, this is what you need.
