Review on Anker Powerline II Lightning Cable (6Ft) by Rosa Hughes

I bought two of these because of the great reviews and wanted a strong cable that would last a long time. Unfortunately, when I first unplugged the cable from my iPhone, a piece of metal was left in my phone's charging port and is now stuck there. Called support today and got a message saying they are very busy and recommended contacting support via email. I emailed support with a photo of the problem and never got a response. Called the number again during estimated business hours and was told they were closed over the New Year holidays and would not open until the 3rd of January. I'll just give it back to Revane. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the piece that's stuck in the phone, but I'll probably take it to the Apple Store. Really expensive cable.
